Nursing Homes and Boarding Care Homes
June 2019 Notice
Attention federally-certified nursing homes and boarding care homes
The name and address of the Medicare Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCCC-QIO) has changed. This change is effective June 8, 2019. We will survey for this change effective Aug. 5, 2019. All residents must receive this information in writing. This revision has been updated on the Federal-only and Combined Bill of Rights for Nursing Homes and Boarding Care Homes.
