Oral Health
Tooth decay - commonly called a cavity - is nearly 100 percent preventable. Having good oral hygiene, like daily brushing and flossing, helps prevent tooth decay and gum disease. Oral health can affect our smiles, how and what we eat, our ability to talk, drink, breathe and digest food, and our overall health and wellbeing.
